The competition is for the procurement of a complete case/archive system based on Noark 5 with archival functionality and functions for case processing and meeting and selection processing. ePlansak and eByggesak shall be a part of the system. The system shall have an option for further development in accordance with national legal requirements and it shall be in use in public administration today. The contracting authority emphasises that the system is built on standard products and it has a simple and user friendly support for data capture, digital processing and electronic signing and access to national joint components. There shall be functions for integration with trade systems for the collection, maintenance and storage of preservation worthy documents. The system shall be provided as a cloud service (SaaS system). Participants in the procurement: Strand, Suldal, Sauda and Hjelmeland - the four municipalities in the task partnership Ryfylke IT-Samarbeid (Rits). The contracting authority has an option for form modules and form builders. The value of the procurement is estimated to be above the EEA threshold. The volume is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority. See the procurement documents for further information. The contracting authority reserves the right to make minor, not significant changes to this basis before tenderers are invited to submit a tender.
