Oslo kommune c/o The Climate Agency, hereafter called the customer, invites tenderers to a competition for the procurement of a new trade system for the Climate and Energy Fund in Oslo municipality. Oslo municipality c/o the Climate Agency operates and administers the Climate and Energy Fund. Oslo's inhabitants and companies are applying for a grant for the implementation of climate and energy measures through a digital application portal and submitted applications are processed in the fund's tailored case handling tool KEFSYS. KEFSYS is the department ́s primary tool for the administration of the Climate and Energy Fund's case portfolio, which is constantly developing. Through this system, applications are received and processed from Oslo citizens who apply for grants for the realisation of climate-friendly initiatives. So far KEFSYS has registered and processed over 70,000 cases, spanning from recent submissions to historical archives. KEFSYS is currently outdated and the Climate Agency needs a more modern case handling tool. It is decisive that our new system is both robust and flexible in order to meet future needs.
