The Directorate for Higher Education and Competence (HK-dir) invites interested tenderers to a market dialogue with the accompanying RFI to introduce a new joint case management system for grant management that can contribute to ensuring equal treatment, transparency, efficient use of resources and high confidence in the directorate's work. The aim of this RFI is to obtain market information to map the possibilities that are available in the case handling systems that the market can offer, based on the directorate's needs. The responses will give valuable information on what is available in the market as standard functionality and what needs can be solved through adaptations and/or integrations with other systems.
