Negotiated procedure without prior publication of a contract notice according to Point 11.1(e) Annex I of the Financial Regulation for new services consisting in the repetition of similar services related to the FWC No 2021/OP/0004/ ENER/B3/FWC 2020-708/Lot 1. Due to unforeseen additional needs, the estimated volume initially announced in the contract notice for this framework contract is being consumed faster than anticipated, therefore the budgetary ceiling is likely to be reached before the expiry of the maximum duration of the framework contract of 48 months.
