The procurement is divided into 30 sub-contracts. One tender can be given on all the sub-contracts except: Sub-contract 1: Procedure package for entering SVK at thorax, Haukeland University Hospital, Sub-contract 2: Procedure package for insertion of SVK by intensive care and anaesthesia posts in Helse Vest and sub-contract 13: Procedure package for insertion of Picc-line/midline can be given up to 2 parallel tenders. I.e. maximum 2 tenders per sub-contract. It is important for parallel tenders that the Tenderer answers all the relevant minimum and evaluation requirements for all parallel tenders. Separate replies to Annex 2 - Requirement Specifications and Annex 1 - Price Form shall be delivered for each parallel tender. Product samples shall be delivered with the stated tender deadline in Mercell, exceptions are given for sub-contracts 1, 2 and 13 where the samples can be delivered by 06.01.25, 12.00. This only applies to the product samples, not the tender documents. The maximum value is +20% of the estimated volume.
