CFT 3827 – Outdoor Advertising

Advertising Design led multi-disciplinary consultancy services team for the progression of Outdoor Advertising from Site Selection to Planning, Detailed Design, Installation, Management/Maintenance and Decommissioning (Stages I to IV). Please be advised a core component of the tender requirements is to provide a Financial Proposal, which shall clearly outline a full breakdown of the financial value to SDCC for the proposed network of advertising structures provided in terms of the revenue return being proposed to SDCC on an annual basis and over the term of the contract in return for the erection of advertising structures on SDCC owned land. This should be supported with a clear outline of the proposed monetary e value associated with the Council’s ability to advertise its services on the proposed advertising network over the lifetime of the contract.
