SDCC are seeking to commission suitability qualified and experienced consultants to prepare a feasibility study for the potential development of a Minority Sports Hub for South Dublin. The purpose of the study will consider key quantitative and qualitative aspects of the proposed project in sufficient detail to inform a final and reasoned recommendation on whether to proceed to advancing to the next stage of development, preparation of Part 8 for consideration of Council. This mini competition is being sought under the existing framework RFT 3398 - Architect Led Design Team To Include M+E, C+S And Fire Engineering Services, Q.S, Conservation + Landscape Architect, Planning And Ecologist Services (Full Stages I-V) For South Dublin County Council With The Award Of An Initial Contract For The Development Of A Retail And Restaurant Space In Courtyards Adjoining And Within The Curtilage Of Rathfarnham Castle.
