Change of contract

DFØ has entered into an amendment contract for continued operation of our Unit4 ERP on-premise system for a period of three years, with an option for an extension for two years for two periods, if necessary. The contract also includes operation of the entire DFØ Unit4 system, which includes a financial system, procurement and invoice system, a reporting tool, a pre-award and a system for government accounts. The contract still includes access to Unit4 ERP CR in DFØ ́s local on-premise environment, continued access to support and maintenance, and the service Success4U which DFØ undertakes to use for optimisation of its ERP CR environments. The reason for the additional delivery is that Unit4 has notified a transition to the cloud service delivery and as a starting point will not offer support or maintenance for on-premise systems. Based on the dependencies between the different contracts DFØ has with Unit4, we will only have a limited time contractual basis for requiring continued delivery from Unit4. In order to continue the delivery, DFØ is therefore dependent on an amendment contract with Unit4 that facilitates this. If DFØ had not signed this agreement, it could have major consequences for most government entities in Norway, as we will not have a secure and stable system system that can process invoices, accounting and other functions in the accounting area. The contracting authority will therefore request necessary additional deliveries, where a change of tenderer cannot occur due to technical or economic reasons, and a change of tenderer will result in considerable difficulties or significant extra costs for the contracting authority. The price increase for each of the respective contracts is below 50%
