Moss municipality intends to enter into contract for the procurement of 24 hour based services in children ́s home, welfare and respite services for individual user with compound diagnoses, including autism and PDA (Pathological Demand Avoidance). The objective of the procurement is to establish a children ́s home. From the start up there is a need for practical assistance and training during the day on weekdays, as well as respite care in the afternoons and on weekends. Take into account 24 hour based respite for a transitional period. There is a need for personnel with good expertise in young people with PDA, autism, relationship work, guidance skills and involuntary absence from school in direct services in the measure.
