This procurement is for cleaning the premises of the Sodir and Havindustritilsynet (Havtil) in Professor Olav Hanssens vei 10, 4021 Stavanger.The areas concerned are located in a building complex that consists of three buildings and is currently partly leased. In addition to Sodir and Havtil, there are also other tenants in the building complex. The Norwegian Shelf Directorate is in charge of this procurement on behalf of its own department and the Norwegian Ocean Industry Supervisory Authority. In the following, the Norwegian Shelf Directorate will be described as the contracting authority. The procurement shall include the departments ́ respective areas of use in the building complex. The procurement shall be seen as one assignment. The departments will enter into separate contracts and thereby be separate contract parties with the contractual obligations.
