The agreement comprises a number of services in the communication area, on both printed, digital and audio visual surfaces throughout the entire course of communication - from planning, analysis and idea development to consulting, production, execution and evaluation/measurement. The procurement shall contribute to strengthening the contracting authority ́s ability to communicate with its external and internal target groups through good and efficient communication measures. This includes, for example, user surveys, analysis and campaign measurements, insight work and strategic consulting, targeted campaigns and production for digital/social/traditional media, graphic design and idea development, video production and animation, as well as assistance, advice and training for crisis communication and government contact.
