The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency requests resources to safeguard communication with landowners in a major infrastructure project that crosses private ground. This includes acquiring necessary rights including amicable negotiations, preparation and assistance with implementation of discretion, as well as ongoing project dialogues. The project involves a large number of landowners, and sets great demands on the resource ́s ability to work independently and structured.
