Competition for consultation - Procurement of ERP system (for 7 municipalities)

Lillehammer, Øyer, Gausdal, Vestby, Ås, Frogn and Nesodden municipalities shall procure a new ERP system. We are now inviting the market to provide input for the consultation draft of the competition documents before the final competition is published. The objective of the hearing: The purpose of the hearing is to: * Utilise the market ́s competence * Uncovering inaccuracies or errors in the requirement and description * Avoid inappropriate or competitive requirements * Reduce risk and uncertainty * Avoid price-driving items We would like feedback on: * Comprehension and clarity in the requirements and descriptions * Unnecessary detailed or limiting requirements * Any price-driven formulations * Errors, shortcomings or ambiguousness in the structure * Alternative suggestions as to how requirements or systems can be described Important information: * Deadline for input: 31 October 2025 (12:00) * Replies are to be sent via: https://forms.office.com/e/sMpXRrNLwN * Note: Input for hearing will be reviewed and evaluated, but the contracting authority is not obliged to change the documents based on the input. * See the attached documents * Contact us if you have questions (here in Artifik or directly to the gender neutral preferred below) We appreciate in advance for constructive and concrete feedback!
