Due to external prerequisites, it is necessary to undertake an extended assessment of replacing part of the route on the stretch Øse – Fossheim, in Labergdalen, with approx. 7.7 kilometres earth cable. Amongst other things, Noranett is required to collect tenders that are insulated for laying earth cables in addition to having the cable system priced as an option for this competition. The choice between building an air network or cable installations on the stretch will be based on a cost benefit assessment in accordance with the received tenders.
