The Norwegian Directorate of Education and Training has offices in Oslo, Hamar, Molde and Tromsø. The framework agreement will affect recruitment needs in all of our locations. The framework agreement will also include recruitment needs at Sørsamisk kunnskapspark in Hattfjelldal, where the Directorate currently owns the business. The Norwegian Directorate for Education and Training would like to enter into a contract with 1 to 3 tenderers for management recruitment in a framework agreement. The contract will be valid for 2 years and we will have an option for one plus one year. The framework agreement has a maximum duration of four years. The estimated framework for the agreement will vary as needed. The estimated contract value is NOK 1,500,000 excluding VAT per annum, with a total value of approx. NOK 3,000,000 excluding VAT during the contract period (two years).
