Møre og Romsdal County, department FRAM, has signed a contract with VY Buss AS for transport services consisting of express bus route 101 Ålesund-Ørsta/Volda and scheduled and school transport in the municipalities sykkylven, Stranda, Ørsta, Volda, Vanylven, Sande, Herøy, Ulstein and Hareid – hereafter called the "route area". The contract period is from when the contract is signed until 10.10.2038.The operational period is 01.01.2026-10.10.2038. The contract between the Contracting Authority and the Operator will be based on the main principles of a gross contract, which i.a. means that all ticket revenue belongs to the Contracting Authority. The operator will receive a fixed contractual allowance for the execution of the Assignment.
