limited to): • Redundant electricity supply (with emergency generator) • Redundant cooling • Redundant network access/ fibre • Physical security • Duty scheme with accompanying services. This procurement is for a computer centre outside of Oslo and the surrounding area, but no longer than 150 km. The Norwegian Tax Administration has considered the procurement to be exempt from the procurement regulations, cf. § 2-4 (1) letter a and case from the Appeals Board for public procurements 2009-230. The competition was announced on NEMEET (Property Search) in March 2025. The Norwegian Tax Administration intends to enter into a contract with Eidsiva Digital AS. The total contract value is approx. NOK 30,500,000.
