Concession between Isavia ohf. and Elko ehf.

This concession agreement was originally awarded in 2019 to Elko ehf. Following a global pandemic and internal restructuring of the terminal amendments were made to the contract term to restore economic balance within the concession agreement. The proposed extension is for 3 years, with an estimated value of xxx. This extension is based on Article 43(1)(c) and (b) of Directive 2014/23/EU. The extension is necessitated by unforeseen circumstances, mainly due to the global pandemic and partly due to restructuring of the terminal.
