Construction of a special needs classroom extension (approx. 224sqm) to the existing school building as well as a stand-alone mainstream classroom (approx. 95sqm). External works consist of groundworks and retaining structures to resolve the topography of the site, new wastewater treatment system, SUDs systems and all other necessary site works required to facilitate the development.
