Construction of GAA cluster facility at Hollystown in County Dublin

The Dublin County Board has received planning permission (FW22A/0098) for and wishes to construct a proposed GAA cluster facility which will include, in summary; 4 No. floodlit pitches (one 4G), the alteration/refurbishment of the existing clubhouse and the construction of a two storey extension thereto, a warm up area, indoor training pitch, hurling wall, a spectator stand for up to 500 people, with car parking, coach and bicycle parking facilities on the lands of the former Hollystown Golf Club in Co. Dublin. The works may be developed in entirety or in parts. This is a Prior Information Notice and not a call for competition. It is intended to pre-qualify suitable applicants for Main Contractor & Reserved Specialists under a Restricted Procedure and Suitability Assessment Questionnaires will be published 20/05/2025. The pre-qualified applicants will be invited to tender for the delivery of the development under a MEAT procedure, details to be advised. It is noted reserved specialists will be procured separately for the playing pitches, spectator stand and floodlights.
