The Property Department in Buskerud takes care of the builder role, ownership responsibility and FDVU of the counties owned buildings of approx. 225,000 m2, with the majority of the buildings being sixth form colleges. In addition the department is responsible for hiring and renting contracts. The Property Department is organised with a decentralised operational section and centralised sections within technical disciplines, management/maintenance, project, cleaning and development.
