This is a contract for the performance of services in the areas of consultancy, training and coaching of the scientific researchers involved in the European research project DRUG-PREP, focusing within this project on the development and foresight capacity building in the domain of a national drug policy. One of the specific objectives of the DRUG-PREP research is to gain insight into possible future trends and developments that may influence the national drug situations and the associated health/social environment.
