Sporveien AS needs to enter into framework agreements with 3-4 tenderers for consultancy services and consultancy services within the following disciplines, including, but not limited to: • Strategy and performance management, e.g. business strategy, digital strategy and technology strategy, innovation and growth, new business possibilities, benchmarking, market analyses and insight etc. • Management models, models for portfolio management and financial performance management. • Project and process, for example project management (based on Prince2 or equivalent), programme management and process work. This also includes hiring consultants to both manage projects/processes as well as hire of consultants for different project roles in projects/processes within this discipline or related disciplines. See the requirement specifications in annex 1 to SSA-R for further information. Start up is March/April 2025 and the duration is two years with an option for a further two years.
