Content development services for consumer communication and promotional activities about travelling in Europe (Multi Supplier Framework Agreement)

The purpose of this procedure is to establish a MultiSupplier Framework Agreement (MSFA) with the reopening of competition with a pool of agencies able to deliver content development services for the consumer communication and promotional activities of ETC. Such services include strategy development, audiovisual content creation, visual identity and design, copywriting, translation, web development, and other related services. The objectives of the project are: Foster Europe’s global perception as a safe, sustainable, and inclusive travel destination. Raise awareness among travellers about the importance of responsible travel practices and behaviours. Stimulate responsible and sustainable travel demand to Europe by encouraging regional dispersal, offseason travel, longer stays, choosing ecofriendly transportation, and supporting local communities, and thus contribute towards bridging the intention behaviour gap. Foster collaboration and leverage the communication and promotional efforts of European National Tourism Organisations and the wider tourism ecosystem
