The purpose of this Questionnaire is to establish a qualified panel from which the contracting entity may select candidates to participate in provision of Contingent Labour resources for the duration of the qualification system. A qualification system is a system in which economic operators interested in contracting with the contracting Entity apply to be registered as potential providers. The Contracting Entity intends to procure Contingent Labour services to provide the capability required to deliver the strategy above and to facilitate ongoing business in the domestic and UK markets primarily, in addition to international markets, in which it operates.
