Trøndelag county, c/o the Property Department, has entered into framework agreements for the procurement of consulting engineer and architect services. The framework agreement is divided into category based sub-contracts with 4-6 tenderers per sub-contract. The estimated value of the framework agreement is NOK 80-100 million excluding VAT during the agreement period of up to four years. The maximum contract value is NOK 150 million excluding VAT. The contract is divided into the following categoriesA - Project administration and SHAB - Architect services (PARK/ARK/IARK/LARK) : B1. SHEET/IARK, B2. LARKC - Construction techniques/construction techniques (RiB) D - Building physics, as well as noise and acoustics (RiBfy / RiAku): D1. Building physics (RiBfy), D2. Noise and acoustics (RiAku) E - Electrical engineering (RiE) F - Fire (RiBr) G - Environmental and re-use consultant (RiM) H - Geotechnics (RiG) I - HVAC engineering (Riv)J - Water, sewage and surface water (RiVa) K - Equipment consultant in the categories: - K1 - Institutional kitchen K2 - Tools and workshop materials - K3 - Sound, lighting, stage and the accompanying logistics - K4 - Locks and fittingsL - Consultancy and engineering design group.
