Contract for provision of services on the realisation of an Impact Assessment Study: 2020

With this contract, the COST Association intends to procure services for designing, conducting and reporting on an Impact Assessment study to assess how COST Actions can lead to lasting follow-up projects, like research consortia, associations or conference cycles, which strengthen the European research infrastructure and contribute to solving societal challenges. The study is directly linked to the COST Impact Model , which describes “New research infrastructure and programs on societal challenges” as one of the main mid-term results spinning off from COST Actions and the COST framework at-large. Additionally, this study is meant to provide COST Action leadership, COST staff and other Action stakeholders with an analytical framework in order to identify good and best practices in sustaining the activities of COST Actions on the mid-term and long-term.
