Contract for provision of services on the realisation of an Impact Assessment Study on Innovation in COST Actions for the COST Association (AISBL)

The purpose of this Call for Tender is to conclude a contract for the provision of services on the realisation of an Impact Assessment Study on Innovation in COST Action for the COST Association. With this contract, the COST Association intends to procure services for designing, conducting, and reporting on an Impact Assessment study to assess how COST Actions can incorporate and lead to innovation in their respective disciplines. The goal of the study is to explore the potential of COST Actions to contribute to innovation, both on a targeted and on a systematic level. In particular, the study should identify a range of innovative outputs and outcomes of COST Actions, as well as analyse the elements and enabling factors in COST Actions which can contribute to innovation. The study must also take note of any modifications in the COST Action Framework and other themes considered pertinent by the COST Association.
