Contract signing of the Labour Market Measure Norwegian Education for NAV Vest-Viken

Nav Vest- Viken has procured the labour market measure - Norwegian Training.The procurement is covered by the Public Procurement Act of 17 June 2016 no. 73 (LOA) and the Public Procurement Regulations of 12 August 2016 no. 974 (FOA). This procurement follows the procurement procedure in accordance with part IV of the regulations. The contracting authority reserves the right to make clarifications and negotiate with tenderers to the degree that the Contracting Authority finds it appropriate. The aim of the Norwegian education is to strengthen written and oral Norwegian abilities for job-seeking minority language speakers. The Norwegian education shall be work and vocational orientated. Participants shall get information about the labour market and Norwegian working life. The Norwegian training shall give participants a skill level in Norwegian that qualifies the participants for work, education or further work orientated measures. The participants shall be prepared and registered for the Norwegian test. Participants shall not be entitled to Norwegian education in accordance with the Integration Act. The target group is participants who are on level A1 - A2. Participants can have lower than level A1 and B 1 on one or more/of the skills listening, reading, writing or oral.
