The Research Council of Norway, c/o the Data Management and Analysis Department, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for contributions to the indicator report: Framework agreement for analyses and development of indicators for the national research and innovation system. The estimated value (estimated amount) over the entire contract period including the option is NOK 8.1 million (excluding VAT). The maximum value over the entire contract period including the option is NOK 12 million (excluding VAT). See annex 1 - requirement specification/assignment description for the specifications.
