Oslo municipality, c/o the Agency for Improvement and Development, the Department for Procurement Services (henceforth referred to as the Contracting Authority), invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a framework agreement for translation services. The objective of the joint procurement agreement is to ensure that the entities with a need for written translation get a predictable access to competent translators and government authorised translators. Furthermore, the aim of the agreement is to promote equality and inclusion for all inhabitants of Oslo municipality by ensuring that public information is available in several languages.
