FRAMEWORK CONTRACT FOR THE PROVISION OF TOWING SERVICES ON STANDBY AND ON CALL BASIS Lot 1 - Provision of the following Stand-by towing services as follows: a) Towing services (on stand-by) from 6:00am till 9:30am for light vehicles (M1, M2 and N1 categories) b) Towing services (on stand-by) from 14:00 till 18:00 for light vehicles (M1, M2 and N1 categories) Lot 2 - Provision of the following On- Call 24/7 basis towing services as follows: a) Towing service (on call) 24/7 for light vehicles (M1, M2 and N1 categories) in all Maltese islands b) Towing service (on call) 24/7 for medium vehicles including Medium and Heavy Vehicles (N2 and N3) including boats as well as Tractor Unit’s Trailers and Semi-Trailers in all Maltese islands c) Towing service (emergency on call 24/7) for all light vehicles (M1, M2 and N1 categories), medium and heavy vehicles (N2 and N3) in all Maltese islands
