The purpose of this tender is to add human capacity for the provision of support services to the MHA. The aim of the tender is to add human capacity for the support of health information systems and assist each system lead to deliver the services it currently provides across MHA. The main benefits of this tender will bridge the gap in human capacity required by the MHA Team to ensure continuity of the support service being provided by MHA on critical health information systems. Moreover, with the constant investment in upgrading health systems, it is of utmost importance to have qualified experts on the ground to provide support in a timely manner given that such systems are constantly in use by health professionals. The project will cater for the support of multiple health information systems which are under the remit of IMU MHA. The awarded contractor will be responsible for supporting these critical systems and liaise with the different stakeholders.
