The subject of this tender is the design, supply, delivery, installation, commissioning, certification, and a 20-year maintenance of grid-connected photovoltaic panels including their supporting structure and waterproofing works of underlying roof, at various sites owned by the Water Services Corporation in Malta. This shall include but not limited to the following: • Preparatory Works • Waterproofing works (applicable for Lots 3, 4, 5 and 7 only); • Design of the PV system; • Design of the supporting structure; • Provision and supply of PVs; • Provision and supply of supporting physical infrastructure; • Provision and supply of electrical switchgear, cables as would be necessary for connecting to the grid; • Construction of substation and switchgear rooms (applicable to Lot 1 only) • Shifting of existing services (where applicable); • Delivery and Installation of the above requirements; • Commissioning; • Certification; • Operation; • Maintenance for twenty (20) years.
