With this RFP (request for proposals) Yle is looking for a solution with technical capability in collecting and managing customer behavioural data (later also referred as “Solution”). The object of the procurement is to procure the Solution as a software as a service (SaaS) solution. The Solution should be a ready-made product and already in similar production use. Yle seeks to improve customer satisfaction and experience by providing personalised services in a privacy friendly manner. Customer analytics is a key technology in understanding customer insights and needs. Please see the RFP documents for more information and detailed description of the procurement.
