LOT 1: The selected tenderer will be entrusted with the comprehensive monitoring of open sources to identify, collect, and analyse information pertinent to emerging cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and incident reports. This involves the deployment of sophisticated tools and methodologies to capture real-time data across various digital platforms and sources. The provider is expected to distil this vast amount of data into coherent, actionable intelligence reports, including daily summaries, event overviews, flash alerts, and in-depth analyses. LOT2: ENISA is seeking a specialised service provider for Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) services to support its CTI tactical, operational, and strategic analysis capabilities covering the whole duration of this framework contract. The selected tenderer will be entrusted with supporting specific analytical reports produced by ENISA’s Operations and Situational Awareness Sector. This will primarily entail supporting the preparation of reports on situational awareness and CTI. The provider is also expected to contribute to other parts of the intelligence lifecycle, such as the collective daily situational awareness monitoring as well as contribute to source assessment and management as well contribute to ingesting data in a knowledge base. LOT 3: Based on the market research and ENISA’s specific needs, the service provider will be tasked with provisioning CTI licenses and subscriptions on behalf of the Agency. Each year, the Agency and the provider will agree on the list of subscriptions and licenses to be acquired.
