Data Collection Services for the Early Grade Reading Instruction Programme Pilot Research

This assignment will consist of services for data collection on the Early Grade Reading Instruction Programme across five districts in KwaZulu Natal. These districts are: uMkhanyakude, Zululand, ILembe, uMzinyathi and uThukela This scope of work is limited to the data collection and transcription/translation (from isiZulu to English) of data collected only. The service provider will only provide logistical and translation/transcription services to facilitate data collection processes and data in both isiZulu and English (where relevant) and are not responsible for any data analysis, cleaning or reporting except for the reports outlined in Table A. All data will be submitted to VVOB timeously. We anticipate that the bidder whose proposal suggests the best solution and prices for data collection and related logistical and translation/transcription support (where necessary) (as per the requirements set forth in this CFQ) will be selected.
