Patient journeys HF plans to start up a new measure "National planning and optimisation of patient journeys (NAPO)". The aim is to develop a new system for ordering, planning and optimisation of organised patient journeys. The development shall be carried out gradually and adapted as continuous product development. In the first instance a new system shall be developed for (manual) planning of patient journeys. This system can be expanded with automation and optimisation as the next step. Patient journeys HF would like to enter into a cooperation with an external supplier for the development that concerns manual planning and support functions for the area. The tenderer shall be a development partner who shall cooperate with resources and teams in Pasientreiser HF. There is, among other things, a need for competence within interaction design, architecture, system development and optimisation. The procurement includes assistance in several disciplines, and the Contracting Authority shall be able to procure all assistance with software development - from idea to finished system. Assistance can include process support, need mapping, delivery planning, solution architecture, solution design, service design, interaction design, test, system development, production, continual deliveries, error recovery and problem solving. Assistance under the framework agreement shall be able to be carried out in all phases of the life cycle of a system. Assistance that the Customer shall be able to procure under the framework agreement can include changes to internal and external systems and services. Assistance can also involve modernisation of existing systems and systems. Assistance that the Customer shall be able to procure under the framework agreement is limited to systems and systems that Patient Journeys HF develops and operates within travel with requisition. The assistance can be of varying scopes - from short-term to more long-term with fixed connections.
