Dialogue conference for Transport services Buss Grenland 2027

Telemark county shall deploy the bus traffic in Grenland (Siljan, Skien, Porsgrunn and Bamble municipalities) from 1 July 2027. In order to conduct this, we invite operators, suppliers, trust providers and other interested parties to a dialogue conference at Telemarkshuset, Torggata 18 in Skien 30 April, 10:30. Registration is to be sent to: trond.magnus.haugen@telemarkfylke.no the lead goal of the conference is to exchange information, highlight problems and answer questions related to the future bus settlement in Grenland. What we particularly want to focus on is; • The tender process o Option on the length of the contract is not relevant • Material description o Zero emission minibus o Specification materials Bus Nordic 2023 o Bicycles • Stationing/infrastructure o The County will make bus depots in Skien available. The rest of the area is the bus company's responsibility. • Route description • Assignment description o Fee. Responsibility for mitigation measures in awik. • IT services o New mobility e.g. AKT Svipp, NaboGo in AtB, Grorud project for Ruter - handling such changes in a long contract • Finances o Price regulation, correct cost structure In addition, other special topics can be taken up during the dialogue conference, which is invited to give written input on after the dialogue conference.
