Invitation to a dialogue conference with suppliers of municipal websites Description of the procurementLier municipality would like to upgrade or procure a new, complete publication system for its website on the http://www.lier.kommune.no. This includes design, maintenance and further development of the system. The objective of the project: A municipality ́s website is a 24 hour service where inhabitants, employees, politicians, volunteers, businesses, the press and others shall find relevant and easily accessible information about the municipality ́s services. Lier municipality ought, therefore, to have a modern, user friendly and stable website system that is well secured from undesired access from unauthorised persons. The content shall be neat and user-friendly, as well as follow the requirements for universal design, privacy and other legislation. Traffic measurement must be possible, both in real time and historically, in order to make data driven decisions about content and design of pages. The websites are an important part of the reputation building for the municipality. Main areas that are important for Lier kommune are: User friendliness (both for visitors and editors)Accessibility Security Continual management To see what is available and at what cost, we would like to have a dialogue with the market and hereby invite tenderers to a dialogue conference on Teams 10 October 2024. There will be separate 1-hour Teams meetings with suppliers registering their interest. If many suppliers register, a reserve day or the time set aside for each supplier will be reduced. Relevant suppliers will get a separate meeting request for Teams until October 10, 2024 or the reserve day 11 October 2024.Tentative agenda for the meeting: The contracting authority ́s needs Supplier goes through the main features of the publication solution - what functions are there? Cost estimate for the implementation, operation and support of the solutionAnnetKommunen would like tenderers who can offer the following: Must refer to three comparable assignments in the last three years. Tenderers must have or be the primary contact point for all competence (technical, design and project manager competence). Must be able to offer an introduction and training project with a separate project manager so that the municipality can use complete websites at launch. The implementation project also includes flexible piloting and testing with users and reference groups. Set aside 10/10-2024 and possibly a reserve day 11/10-2024 for the dialogue conference.
