Digital building - Trondheim and Stavanger - Qualification

NRK shall move to new premises in both Trondheim and Stavanger, and this move represents a significant possibility for modernisation. The new offices will, however, have less physical space, which requires more efficient utilisation of the building. This sets specific requirements for the choice of technological solutions, which NRK has defined under the concept 'Digital Building'. NRK is seeking to establish a contract with a tenderer for the delivery of the following: 1 for this procurement. Meeting room equipment: Equipment that shall ensure efficient and modern meeting facilities, adapted to the new premises.2. Booking solution: A system that shall simplify and streamline the process of reserving meeting rooms and other facilities.3 Information screens: Monitors that shall be used to communicate important information to employees and visitors in an easily accessible way.4 Lockers (option): Although this is an option, it is important to emphasise that no tenderers will be rejected if they cannot offer this function. The price of this option will not be evaluated, but unrealistically high prices will, of course, not trigger the option. We therefore encourage suppliers who can offer this feature to give their best prices. Furthermore, NRK would like to implement a joint top system that shall integrate and administer the different technological systems in an efficient way. This system shall ensure uniform and seamless operation of the digital components in the building and it shall contribute to optimal utilisation of the new premises. Quantities will be regulated in the contract period for this procurement. We have given an expected number of units of different products, but it is the final engineering design/planning that will state how much each product is procured.
