The competition is for the provision of a system for digital home follow-up (DHO), for the purpose of enabling uniform and coherent DHO services for patients/users who receive follow-up, also across service level. The system, including measuring equipment, is delivered as ongoing services. In the Health Community Ahus and the municipalities, there is an ongoing joint interaction project within digital home follow-up where Ahus and 10 of the municipalities are included. In this project, digital home follow-up is organised in close interaction between the municipal follow-up service, specialist and general practitioner, which promotes the quality of the digital self-treatment plans the patient receives. The contracting authority is the following legal entities: Ullensaker municipality, Nes municipality, Gjerdrum municipality, Aurskog-Høland municipality, Nordre Follo municipality, Frogn municipality Nesodden municipality The following legal entities have an option on the contract Eidsvoll municipality Nannestad municipality Hurdal municipality Rælingen municipality, Nittedal municipality, Lørenskog municipality, Lillestrøm municipality, Enebakk municipality, Ås municipality, Akershus University Hospital HF (Ahus) Ullensaker municipality is responsible for the announcement. The procurement ́s value is estimated to: above the EEA threshold. The volume is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority. See the procurement documents for further information. The contracting authority reserves the right to make minor, not significant changes to this basis before tenderers are invited to submit a tender. The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the competition, i.a. in connection with budgetary coverage and political approval.
