The contracting authority is Norad, the Directorate for Development Cooperation. The contracting authority needs support for handling enquiries from collaborating partners. The enquiries can include ministry directorate cooperation, enquiries from foreign stations around the world, enquiries from assistance parties, as well as internal enquiries, e.g. handling needs, etc. The aim of the procurement is to procure a tool that makes it easier to register needs, keep an overview of registered needs, and manage case handling related to processing the needs. In addition there is a need to be able to make statistics and other management information about the enquiries so that the Customer can plan resource input etc. in a more systematic way.
