This lot is aimed to set-up a (real-time) monitoring and “early warning” systems and tools to inform and alert the European Commission about technological developments related to platform architectures, functions and features; economic and market trends; the emergence of systemic risks (including linked to the protection of minors i.e., dangerous challenges on social media); as well as the emergence of potential digital threats, related to VLOPs and VLOSEs.
