The purpose of this procurement is to establish a framework agreement for digital signage at the University of Oslo (UiO) to ensure a unified graphic profile and functional solutions that meet the needs of a wide range of UiO’s buildings and facilities. The goal is to create a comprehensive and accessible digital signage service that includes door signs and information screens, with support for real-time data, universal design, and integration with existing systems such as Exchange. The framework agreement will also support UiO’s environmental and sustainability goals by promoting energy-efficient and eco-friendly solutions. The procurement includes the production, delivery, installation, and operation of the necessary equipment and software.
