Stord municipality will digitalise archive worthy documents for building applications, sectioning and surveying, cf. the archive law with regulations. Time will be free for the municipality ́s personnel who are open to the municipality, who are in charge in accordance with the document and will make the inhabitants ready and undertake access. Samstundes would like to have a higher confidence for correct and equal handsaming. The contracting authority has not decided whether digitalised documents with associated metadata shall be exported to the existing cloud licence that the novery archive supplier delivers or to a new cloud licence for which the contracting authority wishes to receive an option price.
