Digitisation and Related Services for the European Union Agency for Asylum (EUAA) in Cyprus

The Government of the Republic of Cyprus is in need of digitisation services for the Cyprus Asylum Services (CAS) and the International Protection Administrative Court (IPAC) to enhance the efficiency of their operations and improve the accessibility and security of confidential documents. CAS and IPAC manage a high volume of asylum applications, and have established the Cyprus Asylum Service System (CASS) online database of digital files of asylum applicants, and the e-Justice (by IPAC) platform of the entire Cyprus Judicial System. CAS and IPAC require digitisation services to scan approximately 150,000 confidential documents from CAS and IPAC, with a resolution of at least 150 dpi. Each document contains around 100 pages, and the scanning should take place on the IPAC/CAS' premises. The digitisation services provided by the contractor will enable CAS and IPAC to have easy and efficient access to their documents, as well as facilitate the management and sharing of the documents with other stakeholders.
