The NTA, as the competent authority for the purposes of Regulation 1370/2007, determined, in accordance with Regulation 1370/2007 and applicable national legislation, to directly award a contract to Dublin Bus for the provision of public passenger transport services by bus with a commencement date of 1 December 2024, following the expiry of the current direct award contract on 30 November 2024. The routes contained in the direct award contract serve areas within the city of Dublin and the counties of Fingal, South Dublin and Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown and contiguous areas.
