Kokkolan Energia Oy ("The Contracting entity") is implementing electric boiler Project. The Project includes according to the Contracting entity's preliminary estimate: - procurement of two electric boilers, - district heating battery, - electrical connections, - main transformers, - boiler building, and - infrastructure which is necessary for the overall implementation of the Project (e.g. pipelines and heat exchangers). Each procurement is procured separately within the delivery limits, delivery scope and time schedule determined by the Contracting entity. Purpose of the marked dialogue: The Contracting entity invites all interested parties to a marked dialogue on the procurement of the district heating battery. The estimated size of the pressurized district heating battery is approximately 8000 m3. The district heating battery procurement includes according to the Contracting entity's preliminary estimate: - Complete district heating accumulator tank with all necessary structures - Radial diffusers 2pcs with internal piping and support structures - Safety devices/systems for over pressure and under pressure - Nozzles for process pipes - Nozzles for instruments and instrument pockets delivered by the Contracting entity, installation of the nozzles and instrument pockets are included in the procurement - Stair tower, stairs, walkways and level on the roof of the tank allowing safe access to manhole, over- and vacuum systems, and steam valves - Earthing lugs at least 3 pcs - Steam pipe from the delivery limit to the accumulator steam connection - District heating pipes from the delivery limit to diffusers - Insulation as a whole, including accumulator, piping, equipment - Spare parts and gaskets for commissioning - Design, manufacturing, construction, installation and inspections of above descripted - Official acceptance procedures District heating battery will be constructed/installed at the following address: Kokkolan Energia Oy, Voima-power plant, Voimalantie 17, 67900 Kokkola. The Contracting entity invites all interested parties in the marked dialogue by means of this prior information notice. This prior information notice is not a procurement notice but an invitation to a marked dialogue. This prior information notice does not bind the Contracting entity to any solution. E.g., Contracting entity may decide to cancel the preparations of the procurement process, and not to publish a call for tenders. The Contracting entity invites all interested parties to express their willingness to participate in the marked dialogue. Applications must be sent to hankinnat@kokkolanenergia.fi no later than 19.12.2024. Application must specify party's email address that will be contact point for the marked dialogue.
