I.Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa i wdrożenie elementów Inteligentnych Systemów Transportowych IST w zakresie systemu biletu elektronicznego, systemu zarządzania flotą oraz systemu dynamicznej informacji pasażerskiej. II.Minimalne wymagania dotyczące opisu przedmiotu zamówienia lub realizacji zamówienia, niepodlegające negocjacjom, które muszą spełnić wszystkie oferty: 1.System Informacji Pasażerskiej: 1.1.Tablice kierunkowe w autobusach. 1.2.Tablice wewnętrzne w autobusach. 1.3. Integracja z zainstalowanymi tablicami kierunkowymi firmy Mobitec. 1.4.Zapowiedzi głosowe wewnętrzne. 1.5.Autokomputer Pokładowy. 1.6.Moduł komunikacyjny. 1.7.Sieć WiFi. 1.8.System monitoringu wideo. 1.9.Tablice dynamicznej informacji przystankowej. 1.10. Statyczna i dynamiczna informacja pasażerska. 2.System Biletu Elektronicznego: 2.1.Punkty obsługi pasażera. 2.2.Portal internetowy pasażera. 2.3.Aplikacja mobilna. 2.2.System doładowania kart terminale POS. 2.3.Czytniki kontrolerskie. 2.4.Infobox (Biletomat). 3. System zarządzania flotą (system eksploatacyjny). 4. Infrastruktura serwerowa.
